* Rates based on 2 Guest in Room on property, add $10.00 daily each additional Guest 13 years  and older,

    No charge for Guest 12 years and younger. All Guest count even infants. Maximum occupancy (including adults and children) listed for rooms may 

     not be exceeded

* We offer discount rates for, Weekly, Military, and Senior’s. Also check our website for posted Specials.

* A 50% Deposit is required when making an advance reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

* Our Cancellation Policy is 14 Days prior to check in, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 day prior to check in are subject

 to a $25.00 per room service fee, balance refunded.

* Pets are allow only in our Street Side Rooms, an additional $25.00 per Pet per Day charge.

* No Personal Grills, we have charcoal Grills available in our picnic area.

* Check in time is 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. late arrival, no problem arrangements can be made. Check out time before 11:00 am.

* No refunds for early departures for any reason.

* Daily Maid Service.

* Office Hours are 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.

* Our Pool opens the second week of May until the second week of October, weather permitting. We do not supply pool or beach towels.

* Our Efficiency’s Oceanfront and Poolside have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, plate setting.

* Guest Laundry on Premises, Vending, and Ice.

* Our Motel Property, Rooms, and Amenities are for paying registered Guest only. Non-registered visitors are not permitted on the premises. 

Hurricane Policy:  We are sorry, however, we can not be held responsible for the weather. There are no refunds extended due to inclement weather, including Hurricanes. Mandatory evacuation established by the Dare County Commissioners for our property will be the only exception to this policy, if a mandatory evacuation is established by the Dare County Commissioners for our property, credit for mandatory evacuation days only.
