Hotel Policies
- You have to be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
- Our rates are subject to change without notice. For current rates please call the hotel directly.
- Discounts are available for AAA members, active military and senior citizens. Discounts may not be combined.
- A deposit may be required when making an advance reservation. We accept all major credit cards.
- No personal grills are allowed. We have charcoal grills and grilling utensils available for your use. You’ll just need to provide the charcoal!
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.
- Check-in time is 4pm. We will text guests if rooms are available earlier.
- Office Hours Vary by Season
- Fresh linens supplied daily
- Guest laundry, vending and ice machine are for our paying guests only.
- Our motel rooms, property and amenities are for our paying and registered guests only. Non-registered visitors are not permitted on the premises.
- Any discount offers are subject to change or withdrawal with no due notice required. All promotional offers are subject to change based on the management's sole discretion.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- A valid credit/debit card is required to make a reservation.
- Free cancellation period is up to 7 days prior to arrival day.
- The credit/debit card provided will automatically be charged, the full amount of the stay, after the free cancellation period ends. For any reason the credit card declines, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the room will be released.
- Reservations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- Guests arriving late, must call the hotel prior to 6pm on the arrival day to guarantee the reservation.
- For your convenience, deposits towards your stay can be made in advance. Reservations with a deposit can be cancelled with a $50.00 cancellation charge, within free cancellation period.
- In case of mandatory evacuation, all reservations will automatically be cancelled with a full refund. No other weather cancellations are permitted after the free cancellation period ends.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days. Guest should call their bank before calling the hotel front office in case of delays. The hotel cannot be held responsible for delays originating from your financial institution.
- The hotel cannot cancel or modify any reservations made through any third-party booking agencies. Guests must contact the booking agency directly for changes, modifications, or cancelations.
- Credit Card / Debit card used to make reservation cannot be changed
- Reservation Date change is subject to availibity, and rate of requested date will be applied
- In case of a No-Show there will be a No-Show charge equaling the full amount of the stay.
- Early checkout: Entire stay amount will be charged. No refund will be processed for early check out.
On-premises Photography & Filming
- Commercial photography or filming is not allowed unless authorized by the hotel management.
Cash Policy
- Cash is accepted only for room charges and applicable taxes.
- A valid credit card is mandatory at check-in for incidentals, damages, and security, even if the guest intends to pay the room charges in cash.
- The card must be in the registered guest’s name and presented with a government-issued photo ID. Cards or IDs in another person’s name will not be accepted.
- A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card. If the card cannot be authorized, the reservation may be refused or cancelled, regardless of cash on hand.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Any approved refund will be returned only to the original method of payment or, at management’s sole discretion, issued by check or card.
- Management reserves the right to refuse cash payments or decline service to any guest who does not fully comply with this policy.
